Stefanie Kostuj has 20 + years experience in the Executive Search Business. Stefanie spent more than 10 years with US-based Executive search firm Ken Clark International (KCI). There, Stefanie successfully executed senior level search projects across nearly all functional fields including general management for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device/ equipment, healthcare services, scientific, chemicals, and FMCG businesses.
For KCI, Stefanie worked on two continents, in Europe and the United States. Apart from her work in Europe, she spent two years as Recruiting and Search Consultant with KCI’s Chicago office contributing to building up the business of the Midwestern practice through her recruiting skills.
For 10 years, Stefanie has run her own Executive Search Firm – KIS. She has served leading globally operating companies in the Pharmaceutical, Diagnostics, Healthcare Service and Technology business. Stefanie holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University in Nottingham, UK and a top-up degree from the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration.
